Submission Checklist

☐ Verify home owner name

• Verify the person signing is the homeowner

• Verify the full name of the home owner 

• Verify the name used on the title of the home

• Use the same full legal name across all documents

☐ Upload utility bill

• Upload full utility bill to Freedom Lightspeed portal

• Ask if the name on the Utility bill is their full legal name or nickname

• Verify usage in software matches uploaded utility bill

☐ Verify name on financing documents

• Double check the legal full name is used on financing documents

• Double check spelling of the name

• e.g. Aurora (Cash & Loan), EnFin, Goodleap,  Sunnova, Sunrun, or EverBright

☐ Run credit check

• In Aurora you have to manually run the credit check

• Help with credit locks

☐ Home improvement contract signed

• This is the homeowners agreement with Freedom Forever

• This is done in Freedom Forever Lightspeed portal

• Make sure the same full legal name is used

• Double check that the name is spelled correctly

☐ Verify the price 

• Double check price on loan docs vs installation agreement match

☐ Financing secured

• Credit Approved

• Documents Signed (by person who passed credit)

  • Individual(s) with approved credit sign documents

  • Name matches Freedom contract signer

• If conditionally approved, all stipulations cleared

☐ Complete a verification call

• Also known as a welcome call Learn More

☐ Disclosure Signed (if applicable)

• e.g. Illinois ABP disclosure form

☐ Other things to check

• Homeowners association steps (if applicable)

• Filled out the Homeowners Insurance (HOI) [many markets]

• Interconnection docs signed by utility bill holder (if available)
