NEM Sunsetting
Adjustable Block Program: The Illinois Adjustable Block Program (ABP) supports the development of new photovoltaic distributed generation systems and new photovoltaic community renewable generation projects in Illinois through the purchase of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs).
For IL customers, it is important that the ABP disclosure form is signed prior to the contract and any other documents that IL customers may be required to sign upon sale.
ABP is cracking down on the timestamp enforcement signing order. Moving forward these items are being
checked for all finance types:
-ABP disclosure form to be 100% completed by all parties before a solar contract can be signed.
-Then the solar contract can be signed along with any other required documents.

Must be submitted for PTO by 12/13/2024
Must be sold by 8/31/2024 to be eligible for NEM
Disclosure Form v1 ("you may not get NEM") was introduced on 7/9/24 and will continue through 8/31/2024
Disclosure Form v2 ("no NEM") will go live on 9/1/24
