High Net PPW Caps

For projects that exceed the NetPPW Cap, you will see the following error message when converting projects form Aurora.  For projects that are submitted manually, or exceed the cap after Project Review, a ticket will be created as SOW Confirm that will need to be resolved.  If unresolved, the project will be moved to support before it can advance to the next stage.
