What is Freedom Advantage
Projects sold will be assigned to Project Specialists to proactively work on sales items that normally require action by the Sales Representatives from Sale to PTO. The goal is to help close more deals.
Freedom Advantage support service does the following:
Review each project weekly to ensure progression
Complete a SOW Review of each project after Final Audit Stage to ensure Adder Accuracy
Proactively facilitate Live Scope of Work outreach
Homeowner Communication
Keep Customers informed
Initiate introductory text with homeowner once site survey has been completed
Send biweekly texts to the homeowner with updates and project progression
Update communication logs in Lightspeed for Sales visibility
Direct Phone line to a Single Point of Contact on each project
Monitor projects for roadblocks
Contact the Customer when action or items are needed, including Interconnection documents, utility bills, welcome calls, change orders or proof of ownership
Contact the Sales Representative when action is needed, including SOW denials, layout revisions, change orders, other contract or PPW related issues.
Assist Customers and Sales Reps resolve project blockers
Take over as the main point of contact on projects.
Freedom Forever's Ops teams will be trained to reach out to the Project Specialist first
Sales Reps will only be contacted for Sales Blockers if the homeowner is unresponsive or the necessary adjustments result in a change of contract and/or PPW
If Sales Rep does not respond after 3 contact attempts from the Project Specialist, the matter will be escalated to a manager.
Facilitate layout & finance revision requests via Live SOW
Close Resolved Sales Tickets to speed up project moves out of Holding
Project specialists can close ~ 15 different ticket reasons
Finance Requirements, Proof of ownership, Welcome calls, Utility bills, Loan Docs, Customer delays, etc.

Freedom Advantage Restrictions
The Project Specialist Team Does Not:
Answer pre-sale issue questions ( use Pre-Sale Support )
Own point of Sales items: finance, contract signatures and required state disclosures ( use Pre-Sale Support )
Review and determine Clean Deal Status ( contact Sales Review Support )
Manage intake for general questions ( use Sales Concierge )
Assist Reps on projects sold prior to enrollment period ( use Sales Concierge )
Provide market/utility research ( use Sales Concierge )
Secure HOI policies - unless in areas where freedom forever offers premise policies (e.g. Florida) ( use Pre-Sale Support )
Waive the Cost
A free service if you have over 50% realization rate. If you are under, then you can still get it free if you submit clean deals.
High Realization Rate Waiver
Freedom advantage will be FREE for all projects sold by reps above 50% Realization Rate.
Clean Deals Waiver
When projects are submitted with clean deal requirements met, realization is drastically improved, and manual labor is reduced, creating cost efficiencies that benefit all parties.
Clean Deal Requirements
On each project, the following conditions must be met to earn the Clean Deal Bonus:
Utility Bill: a current utility bill must be submitted and approved by Freedom’s Account Management team during the Initial Account Review task.
IL ABP Disclosure Form: for projects in IL only, an ABP Disclosure Form must be completed, signed by the correct individuals and approved by Freedom’s Account Management team during the Initial Account Review task.
First Time Finance Submission: Freedom Forever’s Renewable Finance team must be able to submit for financing approval (e.g. Mosaic Countersignature, Sunrun Approval) upon the first review and submission attempt.
First Time Finance Approval: the financing approval (e.g. Mosaic Countersignature, Sunrun Approval) must be granted on the first submission attempt.
Build The Cost Into The Deal
If you have issues getting clean deals or have a low realization rate, you can build in the cost of this service by increasing your NetPPW by $0.05
if the deal does come through as a clean deal you get the difference as in increase in NetPPW.
