Calculate Realization Rate

Freedom Forever calculates the realization rage by taking active projects / sold project over a 90-day period prior to the end of the quarter (Example: 20 active projects / 40 sold projects) 

• Projects cancelled, in holding, or retention stages do not count toward active projects and are included in the sold projects.

For this calculation, projects in Cancelled, Holding or Retention stages will count as a 0. Projects in active stages (even if not installed) will count as a 1. The realization percentage for a Sales Representative is the average of these numbers for their projects sold in the given time frame.

For the purposes of the Freedom Advantage Program, realization will be calculated on the 29th day of the month prior to the start of each quarter. The projects included in each quarter’s realization calculation will be those sold in the previous three calendar months. For example, Q3 2024 will start on April 1 with the realization calculation to be run on March 29th and would include projects sold between December 1st and February 29th.
