Know Telemarketing guidelines:
If you are finding leads and calling people that don't currently have a business relationship with you, make sure you Follow Lead Generation and telemarketing Guidelines
Logos and Marketing Materials: Do not misuse the VITL Partner Network, Freedom Forever, or other partner logos and marketing materials. For any marketing materials, it's important to differentiate yourself from your partners.
Any advertising and marketing materials that fall under these guidelines can include but are not limited to:
Vehicle wraps
ID Badges
Business Cards
Merchandise
Interacting with Customers:
Always conduct business with transparency, honesty, courtesy and respect.
Understand the potential customer and their suitability for solar.
Accurately explain the benefits of Freedom Forever's services and the customer agreement.
Make sure to explain the benefits along with the potential increased cost of electricity from the utility company.
Set accurate expectations around the installation process and timeline.
Make sure to behave professionally and respectfully when encountering competitive proposals.
Avoid high-pressure or pushy sales tactics.
Refrain from making promises on investment tax credit(s) or any incentive programs.
Do not provide the homeowner any tax advice.
