Lead Generation Guidelines
Prior express written consent is needed for each lead obtained, and no calling should take place until this consent has been captured. Any lead without prior express written consent should not be called using any dialing services (i.e. no cold calling). Each lead obtained also needs to be scrubbed against all national and state do-not-call lists before being called using any dialing service.
Identifiable
Dealers must make sure all sales reps are properly identifiable.
Consent
Before any lead is submitted, consent must be given by the potential customer. Each Dealer is responsible for making sure written consent language is present in any online or offline marketing materials and in any telemarketing scripts.
Licensing
Independent Authorized Dealers must make sure all sales reps are properly licensed within their appropriate jurisdiction. I.e. Home Improvement Salesperson.
Door to Door
For any door-to-door selling, all Independent Authorized Dealers must follow municipal door-to-door laws that require any permits and must strictly follow any do-not-knock registry in place.
Know the following before making any telemarketing attempts

U.S. federal trade commission’s amended telemarketing sales rule
U.S. federal trade commission’s dot.com disclosures and advertising guidelines
The following is required on all telemarketing attempts
Every Sales Representative must have a Subscription Account Number (SAN) to access the United States National Do Not Call Registry (NCR)
It is the Sales Representative’s responsibility to clear their calling lists of any Do Not Call registered numbers before any solicitation is conducted
Independent Authorized Dealer is responsible and liable for all calling agents and their intentional or unintentional misstatements
All calling agents must follow applicable telemarketing laws and may not omit or misstate any official details (cannot bend laws to fit a certain agenda)
Independent Authorized Dealer must record all calls and inform the potential customer that the call is being recorded. Recordings must be retained for at least 5 years and must provide any recordings with two business days upon written request by Freedom Forever.
Independent Authorized Dealer must train and inform all calling agents before any phone solicitationis conducted
If there is an individual complaint, Independent Authorized Dealer must provide Freedom Forever with all information including call recordings, call times, opt in info, consent info, proof of call list scrubbing of DNC registration
Independent Authorized Dealer must provide a list of all Caller ID’s used
Independent Authorized Dealer must not use any subcontractors for telemarketing without prior consent of Freedom Forever
Independent Authorized Dealer cannot make any calls on behalf of Freedom Forever
Dealer Information From Complaints
Provide the following information to Freedom Forever if there is an individual complaint.
A complete recording of the call in question
Timestamps for the specific call in question
All Opt-In Information
Consent Information
Proof of call list scrubbing with DNC registration
