This course will discuss Freedom Forever's 25-year Production Guarantee.
The guaranteed amount of production can be adjusted after the system's first full year of production based on actual performance.
The 25-year production guarantee does not apply to PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) and leased systems.
Freedom Forever's guarantee is based on a first-year production estimate, which is adjusted each year to account for system degradation.
If the actual production is significantly less than the estimated production, Freedom Forever guarantees 85%?

Freedom Forever requires all salespersons to uphold the standards that have been listed in this compliance module as well as their Authorized Dealer's Independent Dealer Agreement. Failure to uphold these policies may lead to repercussions including loss of access to Freedom's toolkit.
Allegations of non-compliance will be investigated on a case-by-case basis and may result in the following:
Correction and a policy review
A one-week suspension from all portals and programs
Permanent revocation of all sales access to Freedom Forever

Freedom Forever promotes a 5-star customer experience and encourages Dealers to help homeowners make an educated decision about Freedom Forever's services.
Follow these best practices while interacting with customers:
Always conduct business with transparency, honesty, courtesy and respect.
Understand the potential customer and their suitability for solar.
Accurately explain the benefits of Freedom Forever's services and the customer agreement.
Make sure to explain the benefits along with the potential increased cost of electricity from the utility company.
Set accurate expectations around the installation process and timeline.
Make sure to behave professionally and respectfully when encountering competitive proposals.
Avoid high-pressure or pushy sales tactics.
Refrain from making promises on investment tax credit(s) or any incentive programs.
Do not provide the homeowner any tax advice.

Home Improvement Sales (HIS) License
The Home Improvement Sales license or (HIS) is required in certain areas.
As an example, to be able to sell in California, Connecticut, Milwaukee, or Maryland, you will need to obtain an HIS License.
An HIS license identifies an individual who is employed by a licensed contractor to solicit, sell, negotiate, or execute contracts for which home improvements may be performed.
Why is this so Important?
The HIS license is a state regulation because they want to make sure that homeowners are safe within their homes. We all want homeowners to be able to trust the representative they're working with for their home improvement projects. This process builds trust with homeowners.
Freedom Forever's HIS License Policy
Freedom Forever has strict rules regarding a Home Improvement Sales License.
Freedom Forever requires all sales representatives to provide an active HIS license in order to sell in California, Connecticut, Milwaukee, Maryland, and other areas that require them.
In order to onboard and receive sales logins they will first need to provide their active HIS license
We are unable to accept HIS applications, Livescan documents, or renewal applications in place of a HIS license.

ProClass: HIS License Acknowledgment

HIS License Compliance
Reps are responsible for obtaining and remaining compliant with all federal, state, and local laws requiring business licenses and certifications related to their day-to-day activities.
Reps that are found to be out of compliance or that are found to share sales logins with other sales representatives to attempt to bypass these requirements will be suspended or permanently revocation of all sale access to Freedom Forever systems
HIS License Acknowledgment
By checking each statement, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in each.
I understand that obtaining my HIS License is my responsibility and Freedom Forever is not required to assist in any way.
I understand that should I choose to sell in any state or jurisdiction that requires an HIS license, I must first obtain this license before marketing or negotiating contracts
I understand that the use of another individual's name or license number on a contract that was marketed and negotiated by me is forbidden.
I understand that should I solicit in any form without an active license where required, I will be immediately terminated as an active Independent Sales Representative of Freedom Forever.
I understand that if I am currently not licensed I will be unable to market or negotiate home improvement contracts in the States of California, Connecticut, Maryland, and the City of Milwaukee.
