Registration Steps
[1]. Fill out the Onboarding form
After submitting the onboarding form, the process takes up to 24 hrs. NOTE- If a Roadblock presents itself the process of receiving access to your Freedom Portal can take 48 -72 hrs. (see roadblock definition).

**ROADBLOCKS DEFINITION
A roadblock presents itself within the Freedom Forever Portal when a new rep has worked for one of Freedom’s other super dealers in the past.
If a roadblock presents itself, onboarding starts the approval process with Freedom Forever. This can take 2-3 business days.
If the roadblock approval is DENIED, the Manager will be informed and the Manager will notify the rep that they are not eligible for hire.
The Onboarding staff is available Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM MST.
[2]. Registration Email will be sent
Freedom's welcome registration email is sent to the Rep.
NOTE: This invitation is valid for 24 HOURS ONLY. If a rep still needs to access after the 24 hours, please direct them to visit portal.freedomforver.com/login and click “Forgot password.”
Freedom Forever Lightspeed Registration
Use the “set-up” link sent by Freedom Forever to your email.
If you have NOT received an “set-up” link email, go to the Freedom Forever Portal and click the ‘forgot password’ option.
Check your spam/junk folder first
If you have followed all the steps and still do not receive an email, send a request to onboarding@vitlpower.com with your name, company name, your work email address, and a detailed description of the problem you are having.

California
If you are registering as a sales representative in California, you will need to provide your HIS license number before you can generate any projects. Follow the steps on the screen to ensure Freedom Forever has all the necessary information needed to get you selling in California.
Illinois
If you are registering as a sales representative in Illinois, you will need to provide proof of you identification badge that meets the Adjustable Block Program’s requirements. You will not be able to generate projects until you have completed these requirements. Follow the steps on the screen to ensure Freedom Forever has all the necessary information needed to get you selling in Illinois
Texas CPS/AE
If you are registering as a sales representative in Texas within the utility jurisdiction of CPS or Austin Energy, you will need to complete the EdApp LMS Module and sign the Marketing Guidelines before generating any projects.
Other Markets Requiring HIS License
If you are registering as a sales representative in any HIS License Market, you will need to provide your HIS license number before you can generate any projects.
[5]. Enter Your Information
After fulfilling any market-specific requirements, you will be prompted to setup your LIGHTSPEED account by providing the following:
First and Last Name (As used on legal documents, including middle name(s) and last name(s))
Phone Number
Mailing Address
Date of Birth
[6]. Invitation to ProClass Academy
Once onboarded, you will be provided login credentials through a personal invite to ProClass Academy powered by Docebo.
This platform will serve as your one-stop-shop for training materials and start up resources.
You can log into the platform using your LIGHTSPEED account email and your unique temporary password.
ProClass Academy can also be accessed via your mobile device through the Go.Learn app.
[7]. Rep Logs Into ProClass Academy
Username: The same as your Freedom Forever Lightspeed Portal login
Password: Temporary password will be emailed to you
[8]. Rep Completes Required Coursework
Once logged into ProClass Academy, you will be assigned the following courses.

Utility Billing Types
You must complete any required courses assigned to you before receiving access to any sales tools (this includes Mosaic, Sunrun, and Aurora logins). Request Finance Access
Special Market Access
If you want to sell in certain special markets, additional trainings will be assigned to you and must be completed before gaining access to your sales tools.
Areas such as "CPS & Austin Energy Compliance" and "Illinois Adjustable Block Program" must be completed if you are registered to sell in the corresponding special market. More special markets will come over time as programs change.
[9]. Rep gains access to sales tools
Access will be given within 24 hours.
Freedom Lightspeed Portal portal.freedomforever.com This is the site of where you will input leads and submit proposals.
You will get an email from Freedom to create an account after you complete your ProClass training.
[8]. Sign Agreement
You will receive an email from DocuSign during this process. Sign the terms and conditions agreement to work under Freedom Forever

Password: You will be emailed the password during registration process.

Sunrun PPA Onboarding Steps
Sunrun SOL Sales Ethics Training
Must be completed before rep can access Sunrun tools
Sunrun login request is a manual process. After ProClass completion, please allow Dealer Administration 1 day to process the request before contacting them for an update.
Invite email to SOL comes from Sunrun and can take up to 24 hours to be sent. *Emails from Sunrun expire after 24 hours.
Sunrun Community
Reps must login monthly to keep Sunrun account active
(Sunrun will automatically deactivate rep account if unused for 30 days. Contact Sunrun Administration for help with reactivation)
