Send a New Rep an Email Invitation
1. Go To portal.freedomforever.com/users
2. Click the “Invite User” button on the top right hand side
3. Select the reps role
The different “Roles will give certain features and permissions.
Sales Representative = Closer
Appointment Setter = Setter
4. Input user information
Select the dealer company (there will only be one option, their company) and the associated team:

Note: Dealer company (there will only be one option, your company)
Note: You have to select company before you can select team
⚠ Make sure you select all the markets they will be in so that they can be flagged for the appropriate markets for licensing
6: Select all TPO options for the rep to receive
Note: it doesn’t matter what role they are, still select all TPO options they need to be added to for finance options.
Note: if you miss these steps they will not have access to finance tools.
