Changes to Pricing Batteries in Aurora
Prices of batteries will be automatically added to the system price without needing to include an adder. This helps make sure battery pricing is correct each time.
The system does accurately price projects with multiple batteries
The battery pricing will show on the editable pages, but will not show on any homeowner-facing pages
Make sure the battery operational mode is correct in Aurora. Even though the mode in the name of some batteries, it’s still critical to get the mode setting correct or there will be issues downstream
When converting a project to CRM, you will notice that Lightspeed shows that the battery adder is missing. This is a known issue that will be fixed shortly, but will not impact the project’s pricing in the meantime.
Aurora Presentation Software Update
Be on the lookout for minor changes to the Aurora Sales Mode proposal template. The biggest difference you'll notice is the "Edit" buttons are no longer present on the Energy Usage, Design and Storage main pages.
Instead, you'll access the data input screens by selecting the widgets in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Certain adders will now be automatically detected during the project generation process within Freedom Forever Lightspeed portal when converting a project from Aurora.
Sales reps will now be alerted within Freedom Forever Lightspeed during the conversion process when certain adders are missing, and given the option to reprice or proceed. e.g. If a sales rep forgets to select the correct distance adder in Aurora when the project zip is located in a Tier 2 zip code, the sales rep will be alerted when converting the project from Aurora.
Incorrect adders will now be detected in Aurora and automatically corrected prior to project creation to ensure valid project submissions.
