Tesla Powerwall Supply
Status
● TPW3 supply is expected to be low for the next several months
● We may see install delays on TPW3 jobs
● All depends on supply from Tesla

● Freedom will not be mandating swaps to other batteries
● Will install as supply permits
● Freedom Forever will open a ticket on all jobs that qualify for the offer.

If you would like to get ahead of the upcoming shortage you can select one of the following options
● SolarEdge battery pricing for these swaps will be based on the current adder pricing
● While the Live SOW team will be available to assist with these changes, we ask that you work through the specific ticket whenever possible to minimize confusion and ensure the job is adjusted appropriately.
Effective December 10th, there is a price adjustment on Tesla Powerwall 3s. This change is in anticipation of the widely-communicated supply constraints that Freedom Forever expects in the coming months.
September 2024
Starting September 12th, the Tesla Powerwall 3 is now available for Sunrun projects! This exciting storage product is available with Sunrun’s BrightBox solar + backup product - and is offered at reduced pricing in AZ and CA!
Please note that this does not apply to Puerto Rico, where the Powerwall+ will still be the product used. However, we expect the TPW3 to be available in Puerto Rico in the coming months. Further updates will be sent when available.

Changes to Pricing Batteries in Aurora
Prices of batteries will be automatically added to the system price without needing to include an adder. This helps make sure battery pricing is correct each time.
The system does accurately price projects with multiple batteries
The battery pricing will show on the editable pages, but will not show on any homeowner-facing pages
To prevent issues downstream, make sure the battery operations mode is correct in Aurora
When submitting the project, the battery adder will be missing. This is a known issue that will be resolved. In the meantime, this will NOT impact the project pricing.
Make sure the battery operational mode is correct in Aurora. Even though the mode in the name of some batteries, it’s still critical to get the mode setting correct or there will be issues downstream
When converting a project to CRM, you will notice that Lightspeed shows that the battery adder is missing. This is a known issue that will be fixed shortly, but will not impact the project’s pricing in the meantime.
