Managing Communication
You can manage your notification preferences in the Freedom Forever Lightspeed Portal by clicking on your avatar in the header and selecting, “Preferences.” See the Notification Preferences page for more information.
Messaging
As a default setting, you will receive a text message and email notifying you when:
1) A new project is generated with your name and email address
2) The status of one of your active projects is updated by you or anyone on the Freedom Forever team

3) The status of a ticket for any one of your active projects is reassigned, resolved, or a note is added.
The ticket has been re-assigned to someone within Freedom Forever
A Freedom Forever employee has left a new note on the ticket
The ticket for your project has been resolved
