A: A customer referral is a monetary incentive sales representatives can offer to a referral partner who refers a new customer that goes solar with Freedom Forever.

Q: What is a homeowner rebate?

A: A homeowner rebate is a “cash back” incentive that customers can receive after their project has been completed.

Please note: When you give an incentive as an adder through Freedom Lightspeed Portal and you use a financing option, the customer will also have a dealer fee applied to the rebate.  You can submit your own W-9 when giving a rebate, but it is a lot easier to do things through the procedures set up for you.
