Everyone with a sale or lead in TX&MA since May 1st: AN Enfin account has already been created for you. If you’re experiencing any login issues or are getting a "partner installer" error in Aurora, it means you don't have an account yet. You can request an Enfin login HERE.

Updated Base Module
Effective September 21st, the QCells 410W will be the base module for all finance types in all markets.

Retiring 3.5% Escalator
Effective 9/27/24 EnFin will be retiring the 3.5% escalator for TPO products in Florida. The FL 3.5% escalator products will
no longer be available for selection in the product drop-down menu in Aurora. However, any existing FL projects already
booked with the 3.5% escalator will not be impacted. Additionally other FL escalator products will remain unaffected.
This decision has been made to better align EnFin’s product offerings with the rest of the TPO market and with the true rate of utility
cost increases in FL.
Automated welcome call in CA
EnFin projects in California will now complete the Welcome Call using Mentis.
Mentis offers a digital, automated welcome call that can be completed at any time without the need to call into a hotline. This is an exciting step forward that will create a welcome call experience that is easy, convenient and effective for our customers and reps.
Customer will receive an email with the link once the contract is signed
The email will re-send after 24 hours.
The homeowner simply needs to click the link in the email on any device with a camera and speaker to start the call.
During this call, the homeowner will upload their ID photo and agree to the required disclosures.
There will be a facial recognition check using the device camera.
The rep can call the general support line for additional support if they are having issues

The customer will also be provided with next steps and contact information.
This will be the only option for welcome call in CA

Expansion coming soon IL, then to follow (TBD date) AZ, MA, and TX.
Now allowing Add-on systems. Projects must meet the minimum system size requirement (3.5W), must act as a standalone system (not interact with an existing system) and comply with all other NTP requirements.
New approved Custom Rates in Florida
These custom rates now include taxes that are charged to Florida customers and will replace the need to enter a custom kWh rate manually to show accurate numbers.
Tips:
Use the "with taxes" rates
Do not oversize
Build <100% offset to avoid paying for solar cost plus $25-30 fixed charges
Never use the non-approved custom rates

You can now go into the EnFin portal and adjust your notifications
HOW TO:
1. Log into the Enfin portal with your username and password
2. Go to Settings
3. Then select Notifications
4. From there you can select the Credit Application notifications
that you wish you receive

California Expansion
Couldn’t join us for our webinar about EnFin? No problem, we’ve got you covered! Yesterday, we covered the expansion of our partnership with EnFin, and reviewed what markets EnFin is available in. We also touched on the products EnFin is currently offering, and how it is fully integrated into Aurora. We wrapped up the presentation with a proposal walkthrough and, as always, a very informative Q&A session with members from the EnFin team!
Friendly reminders
To access EnFin’s TPO products in California, you must complete a short 20-minute training module in the EnFin portal.
California representatives will receive an email on May 22nd with instructions on how to log in to the portal and complete the training module. After that is complete, access to Enfin’s products will be available in the Aurora platform.

EnFin Lease is now in Florida
Freedom Forever will begin offering EnFin’s lease products in the Florida market today, April 12th.
In order to gain access to EnFin’s TPO products in Florida, you will need to complete a short 20-minute training module. Florida representatives will receive an email today with instructions on how to complete the training module. For reps who did not receive an invitation from EnFin, please contact Sales Concierge to be added to the list.
