Welcome Calls

A verification call is also referred to as a welcome call.  It is a quality assurance step where new customers speak to the finance company to confirm that the customer has a full understanding key points of the agreement. 

Overview of a Typical Call

The company verifies the information on the signed agreement

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Social

• Email

• Phone

• Installation Address

* If there are discrepancies they will have someone contact them to correct the mismatched items.

Review Agreement Terms

• Annual percentage rate

• Number of years the agreement

• First payment timing

• Options included in the agreement if any e.g. Differed payment or promotion months.

• Auto Pay Promotion discounts through ACH bank payments

• Tax credit payment if they apply it to the loan
